The ESP32-based VeinRifier hardware starts advertising over Bluetooth automatically when powered on.
Open VeinRifier on your Android phone, go to Settings, tap "Scan & Connect Device" and select VeinRifier from the list.
Choose Antecubital Fossa or Dorsal Venous Arch before scanning to keep records correctly categorised.
Point the phone camera at the site. The NIR LEDs activate and the app overlays the processed vein map within seconds.
Save the scan to a patient record, or launch HCCast to project the overlay onto an external screen for the whole team.
